UV Light Curing Machine
The light curing machine is a high power width light curing
conveyor system designed for mass
production or laboratory processing. The system has a high output
arc lamp and is powered by a
compact programmable electronic power regulation ballast. The
conveyor has a quiet variable speed
motor with a variable speed drive to keep the belt speed constant
under changing loads. There is a
closed long light room on the conveyor belt with a light
entrance/exit protection cover to shield light to the
greatest extent. The height of the belt to the lamp can be easily
adjusted to improve compatibility with
various parts sizes.
The lamp holder contains a 25-inch arc-length, 10,000-watt metal
halide lamp that emits focused UVA,
UVB or visible light from its oval reflector. The dual integrated
cooling blowers ensure a long lamp life.
