UV system:

3. The UV reflector adopts aluminum coating reflector; imported
quartz glass underneath;
cooling system:
Use high-power fan to exhaust air cooling;
The electrical and control system of the machine:
1. Each group of lamps is individually controlled, with a lamp
timer, and the main electrical appliances
adopt the Chint brand; the upper degree of the lamp box is
adjustable as a whole;
2. Set the light-off delay cooling function and emergency stop
switch;
3. The temperature display inside the machine; the peak temperature
of the product surface
is less than 80℃
4. Using 380V power supply, the total power is about 8KW;
5. Shading treatment; no light leakage around the furnace body at
the entrance and exit;
6. The conveyor belt stops, the light stops signal, the conveyor
belt rotates, and the light turns on;
Machine structure:
