After printing, the glass is loaded into trays, heated and cooled by a conveying furnace, and then collected manually.
The conveying furnace is heated by circulating air and stainless steel heater. The surface temperature of common materials is 180℃, and the temperature uniformity in the furnace is within ±3%.

Delivery method
1. It is conveyed by beige Teflon cloth conveyor belt with a net
width of 900mm.
2. There is an automatic adjustment mechanism for net deviation and
limit protection.
3. Adopt the frequency converter to freely adjust the stepless
speed, the speed range is 0.2-5m/min.
4. High-grade fully enclosed gear reducer motor drive.
5. Install a sticky paper roll at the bottom of the feed inlet to
clean the conveyor belt.

temperature is 180℃.
5. The heating section is equipped with rock wool thermal
insulation and air insulation, which has the lowest impact on the
cold room. The surface temperature is 10℃ higher than the room
temperature.
6. The intake and exhaust air doors can be adjusted to effectively
control the micro pressure in the furnace.
7. The opening of the upper cover adopts electric cylinder to
automatically lift, which is easy, safe and convenient.
8. The furnace adopts a blast circulating return air method to
reduce heat loss and save energy.
9. The hot air is designed from top to bottom. Prevent material
displacement and prevent dust from rising.
10. The air duct in the furnace is equipped with a high-efficiency
filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.97%, Class1000, and
temperature resistance
250 degree filter to ensure the cleanliness of the furnace.
Air supply method 1. Adopt 1/2 HP high temperature long shaft motor
with wind wheel, after high efficiency filtering from top to bottom
