The Filter Rod Online Automatic Sampling And Detection System is an automatic sampling and quality testing system for the filter rod forming machine. The system automatically takes out, conveys, receives and detects the samples from the production line, and delivers the physical properties and quality information of the samples to the machine in real time, so as to adjust the production process in time, guide the production process and ensure the product quality.

Grab sampling is to install the sampling device above the gap bridge and take samples by negative pressure adsorption; The device is compact with attractive appearance, and occupies a small width of the bridge. There is no need to modify the bench and the device is portable. The sampling arm is used for nondestructive sampling in a flexible working mode without interfering the sample production line.
3. Embedded sampling is to install the sampling device at the bottom of the sample conveyor of the forming machine, and adopt the downstream opening and closing mode for sampling. The device is compact with attractive appearance and has an independent counterflow bend. The device can conduct nondestructive sampling without interfering the sample production line.
4. The sampling device conveys the filter rod to the sample receiving end of the testing instrument (comprehensive test bench) through the valve terminal control system, and the receiving end adopts the reverse buffer airflow system to receive the filter rod, so as to avoid any damage and deformation of the sample end surface;
5. The programmable logic control (PLC) is adopted to constitute the control system, so as to ensure the mechanical action accurate, reliable and in real time.
6. The sampling mode can be configured flexibly.
7. The independent process monitoring and real-time display system for measurement results can be selected.
