Product introduction:

The system is an automated production auxiliary equipment used for automatically detecting and removing appearance defects of the cigarette capsule. The capsule appearance is checked for defects such as bubbles, core deviation, particle size, out-of-roundness, etc. The system adopts an advanced image recognition and processing technology to automatically eliminate unqualified capsules. The whole equipment runs automatically and has a high detection speed.

It is used to detect the capsule appearance defect and its size automatically and quickly, and reject the unqualified products automatically.
