This kind of tipping knife is used on Hauni Protos tobacco machines. Being installed on the so called shear

cut unit, it’s also called shear cut knife. Working at a speed more than 8000 cpm, it requires high precision

between each other, or the knife set ( 12 pcs in a set) mounted on a knife holder could break easily during

high speed spinning and cutting process. Our tolerances are strictly controlled to minimize the risk of breakage

during work.

This tipping knife we have both size 124×25.8×1.1mm and 124×25.5×1.1mm; Knife is made from

100% raw tungsten carbide.
Application: Install with drums for cutting tipping paper, 12pcs one set.
