Device 1200RPM
This blanket quilting machine is a kind of multi needle quilting
machine. It has edge cutting device installed on machine. It is
mainly used for quilt, pajamas, blanket.
Edge cutting device strength
No matter what kind brand cutter machine, there are always below
shortages: 1 when using the vertical cutting(slitting and egde
cutting), the fabric is easy to run at sides, which cause it cut
not that acurrate size. 2. when cutting, it is easy to get snag,
means the cutted place not that neat. 3. it is not convenient to
sharpen the knife.
While the new kind cutter, we use the edge cutting device on
machine, the quilting machine roller can pull fabric tight, so when
cutting edge, fabric won't go sides, so it cut more acurrately. and
it is suitable to different kind fabric(except the non-glue cotton,
this fabric easy to make knife get stuck), when cutting, the
cutting place is neat without snagging problem. Besides, each knife
has one stone near it, you only need to press button, stone will
sharpen knife automatically.
The edge cutting device is optional. The standard machine does not
include this.
