Tire type water well drilling rig is a type of drilling equipment designed specifically for the construction of medium and shallow water wells, with tires as the mobile carrier chassis. Its core value lies in balancing "flexible operation" and "practical needs": it relies on tire carriers to achieve rapid transfer, and can travel on highways, rural dirt roads, and narrow sites (such as rural courtyards and field heads) without the need for lifting equipment. It can efficiently adapt to multi dispersed point operations (such as drilling wells for multiple households in a village and temporary water supply for multiple construction sites), and has low requirements for construction sites. It can be quickly erected without complex foundations; The power forms include diesel, electric, pneumatic, etc. The mainstream models focus on drilling depths of 50-200 meters and apertures of 150-300 millimeters, which can meet core needs such as rural drinking water, agricultural irrigation, and temporary engineering water. At the same time, they have the advantages of easy operation (ordinary personnel can get started with short-term training) and low maintenance costs.

Additional precautions in special environments
High temperature environment (summer): Focus on checking the anti
boiling performance of the coolant, the tightness of the fan belt,
and the radiator fins of the water tank (clean dust, willow fluff,
and avoid blockage) to prevent the engine from "boiling".
Low temperature environment (winter): Preheat before starting (use
a preheating plug or a spray gun to heat the oil pan, do not
directly heat the engine), check the battery level (capacity
decreases at low temperatures), ensure that the coolant freezing
point meets the standard, and avoid water tank freezing and
cracking.
Dusty environment (mines, deserts): Shorten the replacement cycle
of air filters and fuel filters (such as the original cycle of 500
hours, which can be shortened to 300 hours), check the air filter
status every day to prevent dust from entering the engine.
Comprehensive maintenance of hydraulic system
Detecting hydraulic system pressure: Start the equipment, raise the
hydraulic oil temperature to 40-50 ℃ (normal working temperature),
connect the main oil circuit test port with a pressure gauge, and
operate drilling, lifting, amplitude changing and other actions
separately. Check whether the pressure of each circuit meets the
equipment manual standards (such as drilling circuit pressure
18-20MPa, lifting circuit pressure 22-24MPa). If the pressure is
too low, adjust the relief valve; If the pressure fluctuates
greatly, it is necessary to check the internal leakage of the
hydraulic pump (such as replacing the aging of the pump body seal).
Replace hydraulic oil and filter element: If the hydraulic oil has
been used for more than 6 months (or the operation time exceeds 500
hours), the old oil in the oil tank should be completely drained,
and the inner wall of the oil tank should be rinsed with a special
cleaning agent (to remove residual oil sludge and impurities), and
then new hydraulic oil (the model should match the equipment
requirements, such as L-HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil) should be
added; Simultaneously replace the hydraulic oil suction filter and
return filter, and clean the filter mounting seat before
replacement to prevent impurities from falling into the oil tank.
Check hydraulic actuators: Disassemble hydraulic cylinders (such as
drilling rig amplitude changing cylinders and lifting cylinders),
check the surface of the piston rod for scratches and rust (if
there are slight scratches, polish with fine sandpaper and apply
rust proof oil); Replace the oil cylinder seals (such as dust seals
and sealing rings, it is recommended to use original parts to avoid
size mismatch and leakage), and apply hydraulic oil on the surface
of the seals during assembly to reduce installation wear.
