Drill Gyrator Assembly Brief Introduction
Function : Rotary drill and drill tool feed.
Structure: Most of the parts of the gyrator are installed in the vertical
shaft box. The small bevel gear is mounted on the inner gear shaft
through the spline. The ring seat has a ring-shaped "T" bolt and is
combined with five "T" bolts. The sleeve is fixed, and the nut on
the “T” bolt can be loosened to adjust the tilt angle of the
gyrator to achieve angular drilling.
The connection between the gyrator and the gearbox is to fix the
turret seat on the gearbox body with 8 bolts. The large bevel gear
is connected with the vertical bushing via a key, and the vertical
bushing is connected with the vertical car through the hexagonal
hole, thereby driving the vertical shaft to rotate the vertical
shaft in the vertical shaft. The sleeve can be moved axially, and
the movement is realized by pushing the piston rod and the beam
into the upper chamber or the lower chamber of the cylinder.
The top shaft is terminated with a top sleeve, and the top sleeve
is provided with six steel balls. When the anti-manipulation handle
is pressed downward, the six steel balls are pushed toward the
center of the vertical shaft through the inner jacket, and the
semicircular communication groove of the drill pipe is embedded in
the upper shaft. Inside, the drill pipe is clamped on the machine
to realize the movement of the drill. When the handle is lifted up,
the steel ball is disengaged from the drill pipe and can be
inverted.
In order to display the scale of the vertical shaft stroke, a top
sleeve with a hexagonal hole is arranged at the upper end of the
vertical shaft, and the rotary motion can be transmitted to the
drill pipe of the hexagonal machine.
