Function introduction

Automatic busbar assembly line
The automatic busbar assembly line is specially designed for busbar assembly and riveting procedures.
Main working procedures:
1. pre-assembly: bending the copper or aluminum bus bar and then installing into the profile;
2. online assembly: automatic clamping, riveting and moving;
Specification:
1. suitable for straight compact busbar 630A~2500A, single layer, length 1.5~6m
2. automatic riveting: two pieces or four pieces riveters depending on customer's busbar type (two piece or four piece), riveting space adjustable between 150-220mm, anti-
repeat riveting function;
3. automatic end alignment, clamping and moving controlled by PLC

Configurations:
1. length of the assembly line is 18m;
2. the 1st assembly station for pre-assembly, clamping and moving: L6*W0.7*H0.8m, frame of aluminum material, rollers for supporting and moving busbar; movable cantilevered
clamping mechanism and end alignment mechanism;
3. Riveting system: L6*W0.7*H0.8m, one set of safety fence, servo drive mechanism and pneumatic clamp mechanism, two sets of clamp device, two sets of servo drive mechanism to
control the riveting gun up and down separately, two sets of servo drive mechanism to control the width move and length move separatly, two sets of riveting machine withdraw
device, one set of displacement detection, two sets of automatic riveting system;
4. the 2nd assembly station for moving: L6*W0.7*H0.8m, one set of roller transmission machine, one set of dynamic roller of transmission machine
