Main application:
 This machine is a continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic, plastic and metallurgical industries.

 Operating principle:
 1.  Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.
 2.  High speed with large quantity punches, double press rollers, suitable for mass production.
 3.  Double impeller type force feeder, improve granules flow-ability and filling performance, ensure the filling precision.
 4.  Perfect tablet pressing system, twice compression forming, reasonable framework with proper space and big pressure roller, machine performance is reliable and no tablet weight difference.
 5.  Automatic oil and grease central lubrication system, ensure the lubrication of pressure rollers.
 6.  With voltage overload, over current protection devices, the machine can stop automatically in case of over pressure to protect the punch pins from being damaged.
7.  PLC and touch screen control, automatic and easy control.
