1 the insulator caps are made of ductile iron or cast steel ,we conduct routine magnetic powder test​ on each piece of caps . we guarantee the inside of cap without any defects such as air , hole , crack etc. metal fitting surface are hot galvanized , zinc thickness meet ASTM 135 standard or IEC related standards.

2 the insulation parts are made of high aluminum porcelain C120 . glaze are shinning and free of defect . color can be grey , brown or white .

3 we use excellent Portland cement code No. 52.5 to assemble insulation body with related caps .​ even after years of servicing , the cement still keep good performance.
