Gabion Mesh Basket introduction:

Gabion mesh basket is made of high corrosion-resistant, high-strength low-carbon steel wire or PVC-coated steel wire, which is processed by mechanical weaving process. It can be used as box cage and mesh mat for anti-scour protection and reservoir of rivers, dams and seawalls, Net cage for river closure.

Materials:

a. Electro-galvanized before woven(zinc 8-12g/m2)

b. Electro-galvanized after woven

c. Hot-dipped galvanized before woven(zinc 40g/m2 or more)

d. Hot-dipped galvanized after woven

e. Heavy Galvanized gabion box(zinc 200g/m2 or more)

f. PVC coated after galvanized and welded, PVC thickness:0.3-0.5mm.

Feature:

a. Economic. Just fill the stone into the gabions and seal it.

b. Simple installation. No special technology needed.

c. Weather proof under natural destroy, corrosion resistant.

d. No collapse even under big scope of deforming.

e. Sludge in the stones is good for plant growing. Mixed to form a integrity with the natural environment.

f. Good permeation can prevent the damage by hydrostatic.

g. Less transport freight. It can be folded together for transport and further installation.
