Technical performance test of silicone oil fan
①Full speed test: Determine the slip rate of the fan when the
silicone oil is circulating. During the test, remove the bimetallic
sheet and drive pin on the fan to ensure that the silicone oil can
flow from the oil storage chamber to the working chamber at a
maximum flow rate. Increase the rotation speed of the driving disc
to 3000r/min. At this time, the rotation speed of the driven disc
should be 95%-97% of the rotation speed of the driving disc, that
is, the slip rate should not be greater than 3%~5%. If the slip
rate exceeds 7%, 3mL of silicone oil can be added to increase the
speed of the silicone oil fan.
② Idling test: carried out at a room temperature of 25 ℃, and the
bimetal and drive pin should be installed. When increasing the
driving speed to 3000r/min, the driven speed should be
750r/min~840r/min.
③ Engagement transmission test: The temperature in the control room
starts to rise from 45°C, and the bimetallic strip starts to work.
The valve plate opens, silicone oil flows into the working chamber
from the oil inlet, the main and driven discs begin to engage, and
the fan speed begins to increase. When the indoor temperature rises
to 59°C, the valve plate reaches the maximum opening and the fan
reaches the maximum speed. The driven disk cannot reach the above
range, and the adjustment is made by changing the length of the
drive pin to correct the opening of the valve plate.
④ Cut off the transmission test: the temperature in the control
room drops slowly, and the fan speed should also drop accordingly.
When the indoor temperature is lower than 40℃, the fan drive should
be cut off idling.
