Ultrasonic Welding Equipment is an ultrasonic welder designed for welding various plastics (PVC, PP, PE, ABS, etc.) and nonwoven fabrics and metal welding. The ultrasonic welding machine consists of an ultrasonic welding generator, a transducer(converter and booster), a welding horn(made of steel, aluminum, or titanium), and a welding rack. It can join the pieces of material together by converting high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical energy( friction creates heat )and transmitting heat to the materials to be welded and making them melt and then solidify reaching the purpose of welding.

The ultrasonic plastic welding processing is fast, clean, economical, and environmentally friendly and with these characteristics, ultrasonic welding has gradually replaced the traditional plastic processing technology.
