The ultrasonic system is divided into three parts, ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer, and ultrasonic horn/mold, a complete ultrasound system. This is the 15khz 2600w digital ultrasonic welding generator for non-woven fabric welding. The ultrasonic welding generator produces a higher than 20KHz audio electrical signal, through the piezoelectric inverse effect of the transducer converted into a mechanical oscillation of the same frequency, and in the form of super audio longitudinal wave radiation. The digital generator failure rate is low, consumables, durable, easy installation and debugging, maintenance is simple.
