Feature:

1. Electrically controlled by PLC for semi-liquid fillings.

2. Th depositor includes 5 nozzles which is changeable in the width mounted on a bridge.

3. Standard range of volume is adjustable on the screen from 15 to 130 cc.

4. The capacity is adjustable up to 20-25strokes p/min. depending on the used materials and volume.

5. The operation in full synchronisation to the empty tray conveyor when the detector gets the tray arrival information.

6. The total depositor is built onto a fixed frame which is made of stainless steel and non corrosive materials.

7. The motor and reducer is mounted in the cabinet which is stand beside of the conveyor.

8. The PLC with the touch screen mounted on the top of the cabinet for easy operates.
