We offer heating systems that include, convection (indirect-heated), direct gas-fired and hybrid methods.
The direct gas fired tunnel ovens are known for their extremely high calorific power and can reach temperatures in excess of 350C. This type of oven is especially suited for baking cracker and special products with very low moisture content.
Compared with the standard gas oven, we design the new type gas oven with independent control of each zone, with the features as bellow:

Temp Control system | Three temperature probes are set for the upper fire in each temperature zone, another three temperature probes are set for the bottom fire, and the average value of the three temperature measurement points is taken as the reference temperature, to reduce the measurement error and improve the temperature control accuracy. |
| Control system | The core control system is Rockwell PLC, and the distributed IO control method is used to realize regional modular control.
