Saimai's tunnel oven has an independent temperature control
function in each zone to ensure the uniform color and moisture
content of each product baked. Advanced software and recipe storage
functions make it easy to switch between products, and a
special-designed ribbon burner or heat exchange system improve
efficiency.

output. The clean-in-place, no product, no filling option reduces
downtime, product waste and operator intervention. Before delivery

Continuous aeration mixer
Aeration is critical to cakes. Developed in the mixer, air bubbles
in the batter provide much of the cake’s structure and volume.
Aeration impacts a cake’s ability to rise in the pan.
Papercup dispenser

Oil sprayer

4 When the photoelectric switch get the signal of tray arrival, the
sprinkler nozzle will begin to sprinkle oil in batch type according
to the setting program.
5 The high-speed sprinkler nozzle canbe opened or closed quickly,
which can guarantee the correct sprinkling position and avoid
wasting oil.
6: Special sprinkling technology, the oil mist is similar with the
thin oil droplets and seldom to volatilize, which can help to
pollute environment.
7: When the baking tray is changed, the position of sprinkling
nozzle and sprinkling program should be changed.
DEPOSITOR
1. Electrically controlled by PLC for semi-liquid fillings.
2 .This depositors include nozzles which is changeable in the width
mounted on a bridge.
3. Standard range of volume is adjustable on the screen from 15 to
130 cc.
4. The capacity is adjustable up to 20-25strokes p/min. depending
on the used materials and volume.
5. The operation in full synchronisation to the empty tray conveyor
when the detector gets the tray arrival information.
6. The total depositor is built onto a fixed frame which is made of
stainless steel and non corrosive materials.
7. The motor and reducer is mounted in the cabinet which is stand
beside of the conveyor.
8 .The PLC with the touch screen is mounted on the top of the
cabinet for easy operates.
TUNNEL OVEN:
1: The oven is constructed gas-tight baking tunnel, divided into
2m/ section. Each section is connected on a frame, with a gas-tight
connection between the sections.
2: the baking tunnel are insulated with 20CM-25CM layer of
high-quality insulation material, in order to reduce heat loss to a
minimum.

5.The temperature is measured in each zone, both temperature
underneath and above the product to be baked. PT-100 sensors are
fitted in the baking tunnel for this purpose. The measured values
for each zone can be read both on the central control panel (touch
panel) and moisture instrument.
6.In the event of a driving motor failure, the belt can be driven
by the hand device. Which could send the product out of the oven.
7. OMRON PLC system is built into the control cabinet for the
control of the oven.
SUCTION DEPANNER /NEEDLE DEPANNER/FLIP-OVER DEPANNER
1. The depanner works according to the vacuum -principle. This
vacuum is obtained by a high-pressure fan which is equipped with a
silencer. The depanner is installed in the baking tray conveyor
system. Depending on the capacity, products of more baking trays
are taken at the same time.
2. The products are taken by sucking-cups of silicone rubber. These
sucking-cups are installed on an exchangeable plate which is a part
of the vacuum chamber of the depanner. The vacuum chamber is
pneumatically vertically moved during the picking and the placing
of the products. The horizontal movement of the vacuum chamber is
done by a frequency-controlled drive.
COOLING BELT CONVEYOR (SINGLE LAYER,MULTI LAYER COOLING CONVEYOR
/CYCLE COOLING BELR CONVEYOR )
1 .FDA PU belt filling belt, with:

2: UV belt with length is 9m will be installed on each layer of
cooling belt.

Jam and Cream Injection
1. Products arrangement Conveyor, the speed is faster than cooling
conveyor as it must to separate the production to be the sections.
The construction is same as the cooling conveyor.
2.The Jam and cream is injected by the injector, when the detector
gets the products arrival signal, then inject 4g-10g/time.
Tray cleaning unit
The empty tray is transported to one turning pump which make the
empty tray upside down, and residual material is carry out by means
of roll brush which rotated backward one roll and the air gun blow
, the air compressor provide the air to air gun.

It is designed for automatic feeding and packing line, the packing
