Light weight refractory clay bricks is of low price, but of good thermal vibration stability and thermal insulation, mainly used in thermal boiler, glass kiln, cement kiln, fertilizer gas furnace, blast furnace, hot-blast stove, coking furnace, electric furnace, casting, etc.

Light weight fire clay insulation brick is made of fire clay materials and the content of alumina in it is 25%-45%. It is manufactured by grinding and mixing the crushed combined clay and levigated clinker, confecting with particle clinker into medium dry pug, high pressure molding, and firing under the temperature of 900℃-1200℃.
