Oil Separator 2901162600 Screw Compressor Air Oil Separator
Replacement steps of the built-in oil separator:
- Stop the screw air compressor, close the air compressor outlet, open the drain valve, and confirm that the system has no pressure.
- Disassemble the pipeline above the oil and gas barrel, and remove the pipeline from the outlet of the pressure maintenance valve to the cooler.
- Remove the air compressor return oil pipe.
- Remove the fixing bolts on the oil and gas barrel and remove the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel.
- Remove the oil and gas separator and replace it with a new oil and gas separator.
- Install it in the order of removal.
