The oil separator in the oil-air separation tank separates the oil from the air, allowing the oil to return to the machine for internal circulation and allowing the air to be discharged for use by the user.

The mixture enters the tank and hits the curved surface, greatly reducing the flow rate and changing the flow direction, forming large oil droplets, most of which fall to the bottom of the tank because of their weight.The remaining part of oil is separated when flowing through the separation core and deposited at the bottom of the oil separator.A return pipe is drawn from the bottom of the oil separator and connected to the compressor inlet.Due to the differential pressure, the oil accumulates at the bottom of the oil separator and flows back to the compressor inlet. The oil return pipe is provided with an oil view mirror and a throttling hole (the front filter) to ensure the stability of the oil return.
