Automatic control is mainly using computer technology, micro electronic technique, and electric methods, through thermocouple, pressure transmitter, flow meter and other instruments to measure the temperature, pressure, gas flow and liquid flow etc., which could achieve the automation, efficiency and accuracy during the production process, it is easy for control and visual.


Heating of the melting furnace of batch fusion and glass melting is done by burning natural gas via gas combustion equipment.


The system is controlled by advanced and reliable DCS or PLC, and has an optimised fuel-combustion air ratio mixture based on JEFFER's experience.

3. Combustion Air System


The combustion air supply system supplies air for natural gas combustion process, the air flows into the regenerator via the air reversal system.


The combustion air is preheated in the regeneartor before combined with natural gas.


Regenerator is widely used to preheat the combustion air.


It is high efficiency to recovery the waste heat, the combustion air can be preheated tMaterialo 1200~1350°C.
