Biaxial Plastic Geogrid Introduction

The properties of Biaxial Geogrids, made in Polypropylene (PP) with their square apertures, high tensile strength and optimised geometry of nodes and ribs make them equal to any other similar material. The reinforcing action of PP Biaxial Geogrids lies mainly in confining soil and increasing its shearing resistance by a process of interlocking between the square ribs and the soil. The load dispersal effect from the interlocking mechanism is highly effective and can reduce sub-base thickness and construction cost. PP Biaxial Geogrids can be used with any kind of mechanical fill material. Two aperture size ranges are available for optimum matching with project fill. Standard Roll Dimensions

2, High tension resistance,high plane torsion resistance modulus,good creep resistance and stable chemical nature.
3, High mechanic damage resistance and durability and large friction factor with sandy stone.
4, It can improve bearing force of foundation and increase diffusion angle.

Biaxial Plastic Geogrid Precautions:

1. Enhance the bearing capacity of road foundation and extend the duration of roads.
2. Prevent road surface from collapse, crack and being dirty.
3. Be convenient for construction, timesaving and cut down the cost of maintenance.
4. Prevent tunnel from crack occurring.
5. Further solidity slopes to proof water and soil from losses.
6. Reduce the surface thickness of the ground.
7. Consolidate the net for growing grass on the slopes so as to stabilization surrounding virescence.
8. Be used for artificial top net of mines instead of metal ones.
