DELLOK YONGHUI Customizable and Durable Air Cooler Heat Exchanger for Cooling and Condensing
Air Cooled Condenser (ACC) generally consists of a series of
closely - arranged pipes (the tube bundle). The hot fluid moves
through the interior of the pipes, while the air outside acts as
the cooling medium. As the hot fluid flows through the tube bundle,
heat is transferred through the pipe walls to the surrounding air,
thus reducing the temperature of the hot fluid.
Air cooling system:
Air cooling system: horizontal multi-tube structure
Air-cooled heat exchanger (air cooler for short), is the ambient
air as a cooling medium, the fan forced air to sweep outside the
fin tube, so that the high temperature process fluid in the tube to
be cooled or condensed heat exchange equipment. The air cooler unit
consists of three basic parts of fin tube bundle, fan, frame and
blinds, access platform, ladder and other auxiliary parts. The use
of natural air as a cooling medium saves valuable water resources,
reduces the discharge of industrial sewage and protects the natural
environment.
Components:
● Single row air cooled condensing bundles ● Steel structure
● Fan system ● Vacuum system ● Steam duct and condensate piping
● Bundle cleaning system for ACC ● Control system
Characteristics:
Our company adopted advanced air cooler design software HTFS. ACOL plus, mature manufacturing technology, according to different use of the operating conditions, for users to tailor a complete set of air cooler solutions. The tube bundle is modular and can be combined with multiple modules for heat-loaded conditions, making it easy to transport and install. The axial fan adopts V-type belt transmission and variable frequency control to achieve the goal of controlling moderate and energy-saving.

Application Fields:
Applied to: chemical, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, building materials, polysilicon, PVC, cement plants, waste incineration power generation and other industries. Longhua heat transfer according to different use of the operating conditions, for customers to tailor the entire set of air cooler solutions.
FAQ
Q: How does the air cooling bundle work?
A: The air cooling bundle works by passing the hot fluid through the inside of the tubes while air flows across the outside of the tubes. Heat is transferred from the hot fluid inside the tubes to the air outside through the tube walls, thus cooling the fluid.
Q: What factors should be considered in the design of an air cooling bundle?
A: The design needs to consider the type and properties of the fluid to be cooled, the required cooling capacity, the ambient air conditions, the available space, and the material and size of the tubes and fins. The layout of the tube bundle, the type and power of the fan, and the design of the air duct also need to be carefully designed according to the specific situation to ensure efficient heat transfer and cooling effect.
