III. Coffee production line-basic production process:


Reception of green coffee beans-selection and storage of green coffee beans-quantification, preparation for mixing and roasting-crushing processing-extraction processing and aroma recovery (exhaust gas recovery)-concentration processing-spray processing-agglomeration processing- -Flavor additives-Packaging treatment-Instant coffee sale-Domestic sale and export.


The Manufacturing Process Has The Following Steps


① Raw coffee beans are delivered to raw material tank by Roots fan after sorting and passing through the vibrating screen.
② Raw coffee beans from raw material tank are weighed and
Then enter into baking furnace in order to become ripe coffee bean.
③ Ripe coffee beans are delivered into ripe material vessel through cooling plate screen with hole.
④ After breaking and weighing, the ripe coffee beans are delivered to extraction pot for extracting.
⑤ Extraction liquid are conveyed to extraction liquid pot through filtering and cooling.
⑥ To concentrate the extraction liquid through double efficiency concentrator and then to pump them to concentrated liquid storage pot.
⑦ To add assistant material to make match material when the concentrated liquid enter into match material pot.
⑧ After filtering, the well-matched concentrated liquid mixture are pumped into spray dryer fro spray drying by piston pump.(if want to process the soluble granule , it can use fluidizing granulator to do it )
⑨ After matching material, to make a inner packing for the Dry power. (For example: packed in small bags or bottles), after this, to pack the small bags or bottles in cartons and then to storage them in warehouse.


III-1. Coffee production line-basic coffee processing process

Green coffee cleaning, roasting, crushing

After washing and selecting the green coffee, transfer it to the roaster.

Coffee roasting, the output is 250 kg per batch at about 180°-200° C, and it takes about 3 to 15 minutes.

After baking, it is collected to storage, then crushed, and then subjected to instant treatment.



Clarification separation facility


In order to meet the international standards of instant coffee, clarification is an essential part of the process. A system composed of filters and centrifuges is used to separate insolubles and extracts.



III-2. Coffee production line-extraction


We use 8 cylindrical containers to extract the coffee solution


We suggest to include a spare extraction cylinder to facilitate continuous work. 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Calculate the appropriate volume to achieve better roasting capacity and extraction of crushed coffee, pour in hot water of about 190 degrees Celsius, more of it is consumed and constantly moving upwards, passing through each column with a small amount of coffee grounds, water. This flow continuously passes through each cylinder. This extraction is carried out continuously, filling the gaps between the new cylindrical coffee grounds. At the same time, the slag becomes wet. Better transfer of gas upward and outward. The coffee extract leaves this new roasted and crushed cylinder as a kind of juice. The concentration of coffee solute is in the range of 10%-30%


Hot water and boiled coffee grounds continuously flow into this cylinder. The extracts extracted from the cylinders of roasted and ground coffee of virgin material are withdrawn intermittently. During this process (when the extract enters a special cylinder for roasting and ground coffee with fresh material and when the condensate is removed from the coffee cylinder and has been removed from the water) coffee has become wet, extracted, and soluble has been hydrolyzed . For the seven or eight cylinder system, it will take 3 hours. A cylinder leaves the water to flow out the material, check, add material and then add material.

III-3. Coffee production line-aroma recovery

It includes two basic steps:

-Separate a small part before the extraction process and add it before adding.

-Separate the aroma part after the evaporation process to make the product a good beverage. In any case, it must be pointed out that there are two options for customers to choose.

-Improve the operation of the PETRONCINI system to recover the aroma and flavor in the entire extraction before the evaporation system is concentrated. Advantages: The acidity hydrolysis of natural agricultural products has been removed during the evaporation period, and in the third step of extraction, and recombined the total of aroma and taste. The previous separation using our system can guarantee the best quality and a very good taste. If you choose this recovery system, there is no need to separate the fragrance part from the hydrolyzed part in the extraction process, so the fragrance recovery system step is redundant.


An additional system can obtain the most typical low-temperature solids and high-quality fragrance, which is included in this extraction system (ALILT system).


Detailed description

We can provide customers with aroma recovery devices, which are used in the production line of concentrated fruit juice and pulp. In conjunction with the former pasteurization equipment and concentration equipment, it can recover most of the volatile aroma substances to obtain pure natural concentrated flavors and fragrances. The whole set of equipment is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with a fully automatic control system, which can realize automatic operation.


The system consists of condenser, heat exchanger, distillation tower, flavor tank, control system, etc. Integrated into a module, the pipeline is simple and easy to maintain. According to different process conditions, adaptive adjustments can be achieved. The entire equipment can complete purification and distillation to obtain high multiples of natural flavors and other aromatic substances. The production line has undergone actual production inspection, with low technical risk and stable operation.

In order to reduce the cost of spray drying, we concentrate the solid extraction concentration of 12-15% until 50%. Of course, if you want a low concentration, it is no problem to design a 35% solids concentration chamber. It is usually unfavorable. The fragrance will be lost during evaporation, but with our fragrance recovery system, this situation is 100% eliminated.


III-5. Coffee production line-spray drying

Spray drying or atomization is the most common. It is effective and economical to obtain instant coffee. In short, it guarantees the characteristics of high quality and good taste. In this process, a high-structure dryer with a medium-pressure nozzle and drying air are used in parallel flow. The heating of compressed air depends on a system directly powered by gaseous fuel or a system powered by steam or liquid fuel. The drying temperature is very important. In order to keep the fragrance constant, the temperature must be lower. Dry the product that is not composed of instant powder, and make small hollow spheres into particles of about 100÷300 μm. A CO2 injection system is needed to reduce bulk density.
