Features:

1. 5 sets upper power roller and 2sets lower power wheels adopted for this machine for feeding, driven by worm gear speed reducer,and actuated by universal joint,typical of vigorous and synchronous feeding ,which is more unobstructed.
2.Pressure of upper feeding wheel controlled by pressure air cylinder, able to viewhardness of wood ,for free adjustment.
3.Economical and safe feeding in the type of feeding wheel, able for control and maintenance;Large scope of pressure thickness in air pressure type,reachable to 35mm in maximum.
4.Feeding speed able for stepless shift, for flexible adjustment in combined consideration about wood hardness.
5.Protective device for elevation of saw blade able for synchronous and safe limlt with elevation of feeding wheel,to prevent damage of saw blade and feeding wheel arising from misoperation.
6.Special alloy steel material used for the main shaft,through multiple times of heat treatments and fine frinding processing.
7.High-precision bearing applied, tolerant to load and long in service life.
8.Upper and lower safety disc sets ,and provided with side safety baffle, to protect the safety of operators.
9.Table board and guide surface of guide plate is plated with hard chromium,endurable and lasting.
Optional:
Saw blade cooling device-able for extending service life of saw blade by a number of times.
1.Feeding wheel automatic setting-out device-able for quick and convenient removal of wood chips adhered on feeding wheel.
