Application

Applicable to the abrasion resistance test of surface coating layers of printed materials, e.g. ink layer or photosensitive (PS) coating. It could effectively analyze the problems of poor abrasion resistance, ink layer falling off, lower printable force, and bad hardness of coating layers of printed materials.

Feature

1. Adopts silent slide,minimal noise
2. Using wire cutting, the weights work with toggle lever, which is to totally free fall on the specimen.
3. Base-plate adopts Japan-imported 45 # steel,no deformation.
4. Adopts electrostatic spraying technology, no fade
