3. Samples Policy & Long-Term Relationship
① For stock products, sample free but you have to pay for the
express cost.
For new products, we would like to charge the sample cost, which
will be deducted once the order is confirmed.
Please understand we send many samples each month, so we have
pretty nice discounts from the DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will
offer for your confirmation before sample departing. I will take a
photo before sample delivery too.

Q1. How can I get a sample ?
a. Samples in stock without customized logo are free, if you can
accept the freight.
b. If you want with customized logo, first time also free, but
freight will be on your account.
c. If you want make second samples with customized logo,then we
will charge labour cost and ink cost.
Q2. How can we place order?
a. After we made agreement on the product' surface finish and
price, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation.when we
got your advance payment (deposit) we will make PPS samples for
your final confirmation.
b. After your approval, we will start mass production. it takes one
month to produce the goods. when goods ready, we will prepare for
our QC report, if there is no problem, please arrange balance
payment to us.we will ship goods to destination port as your
required.
