Production Process
1. PE coated paper: the base paper (white paper) is coated with a
PE film with a laminating machine. The paper on one side of the
film is called single-sided PE coated paper; the one with both
sides coated is called double-sided PE coated paper.
2. Slitting: Use a slitting machine to cut the coated paper into
rectangular paper (for the wall of the paper cup) and roll paper
(for the bottom of the paper cup).
3.Printing: Use an offset printing machine or a gravure printing
machine to print various patterns on rectangular paper.
4.Die cutting: Use a flat creasing and cutting machine (commonly
known as a die cutting machine) to cut the printed paper into
fan-shaped pieces for paper cups (bowls).
5. Forming: In the paper cup forming machine or paper bowl forming
machine, it can automatically form paper cups (paper bowls) of
various specifications that you need. It only requires the operator
to put the fan-shaped paper cup and the bottom roll of paper into
the feeding port. Fully automatic forming and cup out. One person
can easily operate
6.Packing: Seal the finished paper cup (paper bowl) with a plastic
bag, and then pack it into a carton.
