High Performance Rubber Press Flat Vulcanizer Automatic Vulcanizing Machine
Product Introduction
1. Automatic exhaust time, exhaust times, secondary exhaust, up and down residence time, heating temperature, vulcanization time and clamping pressure can be set, which is easy to operate. Vulcanization display function, early alarm prompt function after vulcanization, and automatic mold opening.
2. The cylinder ( piston ) adopts the best seals structure , with
reasonable design and reliable function. The seals part is good
quality YX type polyurethane seals (not rubber seal ) ,which is oil
resistant , aging resistant .
3. Vulcanizing time can be set in the PLC screen . If you want to
heat and vulcanize for 1 minutes , just set it directly . When it
reaches 1minutes ,machine will alarm then machine will open the
mold automatically.
4. We will install the IR sensor in both side of press to protect
safety of any opeators.
5. When the product is vulcanized and formed, the oil pump motor stops working to save power.
6. We can design and manufacture machines according to customers' requirements.
