Product introduction
1. Oil cylinder adopts advanced seal structure, reasonable design and stable performance.
2. Plunger piston: Oil cylinder material is QT500-7 and cylinder diameterΦ200mm. The quenching treatment of plunger piston surface increases its hardness and abrasion resistance.
3. The material of oil cylinder and platform is QT500-7 and is treated by high temperature.
4. Thermal baffle: thermal baffle uses high quality calcium silicate board, pressure proof 3.5Mpa and thermal insulation coefficient 0.031.
5. Electrical heated tube has insulating plate, improving operational safety.
6. This machine has four sets slide device and can use alternately. Easy operation and high work efficiency.
