General Description The wrapper F-T8 is our latest design and most advanced machine for packaging toilet tissue and kitchen towel rolls with a range of wrapping size. It is a new generation wrapper with high production speed. F-T8 allows to maintain perfect shape of the packs, even running in a high speed, it grants extremely easy and fast changeover time.

Main Features and Advantages 1) It adopts full servo technology, touch screen and SIEMENS SIMOTION control system. Parameters can be set conveniently and quickly. Machine Automatically completes whole process from the automatic feeding, arranging, wrapping and sealing. Running in a high speed and no pollution.
2)This machine is designed to have various specifications format changeover between toilet roll and kitchen towel. 3)Adopting advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts, electric parts and operation parts. 4)The machine is designed to have quick and flexible format changeover. The changing time less than 30 minutes. 5)The packing material is plastic film, it saves lots of cost. 6) Three-channels motorized belt feeding conveyor with high technology controlled by SIEMENS SIMOTION control system.
Working principle The rolls are coming by 3 channels conveyor; they are launched in the number of lanes according to packaging configuration needed, which is set by HMI, in the single layer into in-feed section, where they are transported by group of carbon bars mounted on trimming belts. Carbon bars convey the group of rolls on the elevator, which leads them into the area of folding. The foil positioning section brings the packaging film directly above the rolls by transport belts. The folding process is performed by universal side folders, as well bottom folder and counter folder. Side folding is done by innovative air supported mechanical folders. The overhead pack transport section continuously moves the pack through section of side folding and rotating bottom sealer and deliver pack to side sealing section. All motions and functions are fully controlled by independent servo motors and inverter motors.
