It is a new generation bundling packing machine with high production speed. It is suitable to connect with automatic log saw cutting machine and non-stop rewinder as a production line. The packing material is plastic film, PE or others. This packing style is very popular in Latin America, America, Europe and others Arabic speaking countries.

1) This wrapper can pack in single layer or double layers automatically, and it provides a wide range packaging configurations for toilet roll and kitchen towel with maximum 4 lanes infeed (optional 5 lanes).

2) This roll wrapping machine is easy to operate with fully servo driven and controlled by the most advanced motion controller SIMOTION D, which provides an extremely reliable performance and production process.The output speed is up to 140 packs/min (more speed need to be cutomized) which meets the demand of high production capacity for customers' production line.

3) The user friendly HMI will help with operation & changeovers, variety of packing configurations are available to be set on touch screen. This paper roll wrapping machine is designed to pack many kinds of packaging configurations accordingly.

4) Selecting bearings, reducers, guide rails, sliders, and various photoelectric are chosen from the world's famous brands. At the same time, rugged components are used in all areas to reduce vibration and ensure long-term reliability

5) This tissue paper packing machine can wrap the paper rolls in a package perfectly even running in high speed.
