Flap barrier motor can be classified into single motor and double motors. The single one is used for single lane and the double one is used for multi-lanes.

Common Malfunctions and Solutions

1. Power supply is connected, but parts of the system or the whole system is power off.
A. The 220V AC power socket is not connected well.
B. The power output terminal and control board is not connected .
C. The fuse on the control board is broken.

2. The gate shows no reaction with a open signal.
A. The open indicator light on the control board does not receives the signal.
B. The open signal lines is not connected well.
C. The fuse 5A is burned.

3. Giving the open signal, one machine can open, but the other one can not.
A. the connection lines between these two machines are not connected well.
B. plugs on the control board is not connected well.

4. Giving the open signal, it can open but can not auto-close.
A. The receiving side and transmitting side of the infrared photocell are not fixed in the horizontal position or the infrared photocell are not connected well.
B. Some obstacles in the middle of the infrared photocell

5. The gate already open or close in place, but it did not stop
A. The limit switch is broken.
B. The limit switch is not fixed in right position.

6. The gate can not close in time after the passenger already passed.
A. The he infrared photocell is broken.
B. The infrared photocell is fixed in right position or connected well.
