Reverse osmosis desalination equipment is a device that desalinates
seawater using the principle of reverse osmosis
technology.Composition of reverse osmosis Marine water generator:
water intake system, pretreatment system, desalination and
desalination system, energy recovery system, chemical cleaning
system, chemical dosing system, power supply, power distribution
and automatic control system.The whole equipment consists of
pretreatment system, reverse osmosis system, electrical control
system, cleaning system and dosing system.
Reverse osmosis desalination equipment is a device that desalinates seawater using the principle of reverse osmosis technology.
Composition of reverse osmosis Marine water generator: water intake
system, pretreatment system, desalination and desalination system,
energy recovery system, chemical cleaning system, chemical dosing
system, power supply, power distribution and automatic control
system.The whole equipment consists of pretreatment system, reverse
osmosis system, electrical control system, cleaning system and
dosing system
The pretreatment system includes water supply pump, multi-media
filter, precision filter and security filter, which mainly deals
with large impurities, residual chlorine and fine particles
contained in the raw water to ensure the water quality of the
reverse osmosis system.
The reverse osmosis system includes high pressure pump, RO reverse
osmosis membrane assembly, pressure regulating valve and cleaning
box, which mainly further processes the pre-treated raw water into
fresh water.
The basic process flow of reverse osmosis Marine water-making
equipment is as follows: seawater is pumped into the pretreatment
system by the water supply pump, and then filtered into quartz sand
and activated carbon filtration system after adding fungicide and
flocculant in the chemical dosing system.Seawater enters the
high-pressure pump after the pretreatment system. Under the action
of the high-pressure pump, it flows through the coil membrane with
high desalination rate. By controlling the pressure regulating
valve to increase the pressure, some pure water in seawater enters
the porous collection pipe through the membrane and flows out of
the equipment through the hose.The filtered water enters the 5um
security filtration system after water quality reduction, PH
adjustment and scale inhibitor addition. The filtered low- pressure
seawater enters the high-pressure pump for pressurization one way
and the pressure exchange energy recovery device the other
way.Under the treatment of the membrane reactor, the high-pressure
seawater passes through the membrane to form fresh water and enters
the fresh water tank for storage after water quality adjustment.The
remaining high pressure concentrated water goes into the pressure
exchange energy recovery device to recover the energy and
discharge.
