Usage

The central spoiling section of the Air Flow Spoiler suppresses galloping or dancing motion of OPGW or ADSS cables by providing a constantly changing aerodynamic profile. Helical gripping sections on both ends of the Air Flow Spoiler secure the unit to the cable while minimizing compressive clamping forces.
