Salt sugar spreader

To make different flavor biscuit , spread sugar or salt on biscuit ,make biscuit more delicious

Spraying materials: salt, sugar, sesame, nut etc. Spraying capacity controlled by transducer.

Spraying by brush. Brush and conveyor belt controlled by different motor, easy to adjusted, conveyor roll made by stainless steel.

Separating machine and return system

Double driver structure, use for hard biscuit separate from scrap dough automatically. PU conveyor belt

Automatic Air pneumatic separate device, Up and Down controlled by separate motor

Hard scrap dough return device to collect scrap hard dough and feed to three-roll combination sheeter

Remaining scrap dough automatic transport and over feeding by Air pneumatic.

Feeding entrance has installed one scrap shuttle device to mix scrap and new dough.

Cooling machine

Natural air cooling by PU conveyor belt, PU belt thickness 1mm

Stacker machine

Multifunction biscuit stacker , start wheel or speed stacking .PU conveyor belt 1mm thickness .

Star wheels stacking structure, composed by transition conveyor, divided biscuits in order rows and stacking, total two conveyor belts.

Stacking by star wheels, conveyor belt controlled by separately motor, easy to adjusted, rubber covered main drive roll.
