2. Reliability Test of USART HMI lcd Module
All serial screens of Chenghao Optoelectronic have undergone a
series of process reliability tests before mass production: high
and low temperature, ESD, burst, radiation, touch life and other
tests to ensure product quality
(1) ESD Test-test environment:
Test ambient temperature: 25°C
Test environment humidity: 50%
Test process: Place the product flat on the test bench, and perform
contact and air discharge on the iron buckle and display area of
the serial port screen in turn, as shown in the figure below;
observe whether the screen resets and restarts, displays
abnormalities, etc.
(2) High and Low Temperature Aging Test-Test Environment
Test environment temperature: -20~+70℃
Test environment humidity: 60%±3%RH
Test process: Place the product obliquely in the high and low
temperature test box, as shown in Figure 3-3; pass the 72H high
temperature, low temperature, high and low temperature alternating
aging test, observe whether the screen resets and restarts,
displays abnormally, and functions abnormally during the test and
after the test.
(3)Group pulse test - test environment
Test ambient temperature: 25°C
Test environment humidity: 50%
Test process: place the product flat on the test bench, and supply
power to the screen through the power source coupled with the pulse
group generator by the pulse group generator, as shown in the
figure; observe whether the screen resets and restarts, displays
abnormally, and touches abnormally during the experiment.
3. LUA script configuration of SPI TFT LCD Display
The F-type, M-type, and IOT-type serial screens launched by
Shenzhen Chenghao Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. all support LUA
language scripts. The serial screen provides a rich LUA script API
and callback interface. Users can directly set and obtain the
running status of all configuration controls by calling the API
interface. Combined with the written logic processing, the screen
can complete the scheduled actions without the participation of an
external MCU, reducing the data communication between the MCU and
the screen.
LUA is a lightweight scripting language with simpler syntax and
logic than C language, so developers can get started directly. The
LUA language comes with a well-functioning mathematical function
library, string processing, JSON and other libraries, and has
function support for common mathematical operations, such as square
root, sine cosine, absolute value, etc.; due to the high frequency
of the screen itself, all complex algorithms are processed by the
screen, which greatly reduces the execution cost of the user's MCU.

4. Product architecture of Medical LCD Monitor
The industrial serial screen launched by Shenzhen Chenghao
Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (chenghaolcd.com) is a serial display
terminal integrating TFT display driver, picture font storage, GUI
operation, audio playback and various configuration controls. The
user's single-chip microcomputer only needs to send and receive the
corresponding serial port instructions to easily realize the
display of text, pictures and curves.
The M series serial screen processor adopts a 32-bit 400M SOC
processor, which integrates functions such as SDR video memory and
JPEG image decoding.
