Compressor: The compressor of the unit adopts a fully enclosed scroll type
industrial refrigeration compressor of an internationally renowned
brand. This compressor is the most advanced form in the world and
is maintenance-free for life, with high energy efficiency ratio and
long service life (operating life of 100,000 hours), Advantages
such as low failure rate and easy maintenance. Professionally used
in the field of industrial refrigeration, compared with
air-conditioning compressors, it can adapt to harsher operating
environments and have a longer service life.
Heat exchanger: The evaporator of the unit adopts a high-efficiency shell and tube
heat exchanger, and the internal heat exchange copper tube adopts
an internal threaded copper tube; the condenser adopts a
high-efficiency copper tube + hydrophilic aluminum fin type. They
are all processed with advanced plates, which have the advantages
of high pressure resistance, high heat exchange efficiency,
maintenance-free, and long service life.
Control system: It adopts the control system independently developed by itself,
which is easy to operate and precise in control.
Electrical system: The unit adopts electrical components of
international brands such as Siemens and Schneider, and adopts a
waterproof control cabinet.
Man-machine interface: The unit adopts a well-known brand controller and control
interface, which has strong corrosion resistance and is equipped
with a waterproof control cabinet to ensure that the unit can be
placed outdoors for a long time and is not easy to fade and
corrode.
Water pump and water tank: The unit is designed and manufactured as a whole, with a built-in
standard high-efficiency centrifugal pipe centrifugal pump and 304
stainless steel hot water storage tank.
