1. Introduction and Working Principle:
Round static vacuum dryer is to put raw materials under the state of vacuum for heating and drying.
Suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose and polymerize and metamorphose and deteriorate under high temperature in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and electronic industries.
Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of the solution materials will decrease and evaporation efficiency will be higher. It will increase the strength of heat and mass exchange.

2. Features:
(1) The boiling point of raw materials will decrease under the condition of vacuum, and make the heat pushing force of evaporator becaome greater. Therefore It can save the conducting area of the evaporator for a certain amount of heat radiation.
(2) The heating source for evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam (customer may choose water or oil to heat for special requirement).
(3) Heat loss of evaporator is reduced.
(4) Suitable for drying heat sensitive materials that are easy to dissolve, agglomerate or polymerize or denature.
(5) Treatment of disinfection can be carried out before drying. Then there will be no impurities will be mixed inside the dryer during the period of drying.
(6) It is a static dryer. No demage to the shape or structure of raw materials.

3. Notice:
(1) Before placing order, please choose suitable vacuum dryer in accordance with the physical property, primary moisture and final moisture of raw material and factors such as temperature, vacuum level, drying capacity and drying time, etc. Round static vacuum drying machine has four heating ways, steam, hot water, heat conduction oil and electricity.

(2) In order to increase the output of product, the drying layer can be increased accordingly.
(3) Choose the auxiliary parts of vacuum drying system which is indicated in operation manual and supplied and installed by us.
(4) We can also design, manufacture and install as request for some special requirements.
(5) If use vacuum pump to take out air and humidity, the drying speede will be faster.

(6) If use condenser, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If the solvent is water, condenser might be canceled and the cost could be saved.
