Roller Grinding Mill
For producing 100-400mesh powder, roller grinding mill is often
used, which features low investment, higher output, easy operation,
longer working life, less factory occupying area. Generally,
speaking, the roller grinding mill can produce 80mesh, 100mesh,
200mesh, 325mesh and 400mesh with a production capacity from 2T/H
to 50T/H.
Working Principle of Calcite Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill
Elevator takes the crushed stone into the hopper, which will be
conveyed to grinding house by belt conveyor or vibrating feeder.
The rollers in the roller assembly will rotate, which are drived by
the reducer. The crushed stone will be ground between roller and
ring because of the roller centrifugal force. The ground powder
with required fineness will go up through the classifier with the
help of high-pressure blower. And the coarse powder that cannot go
through the classifier will fall down to the grinding chamber,
which will be reground between roller and ring. The qualified
powder will be collected in the cyclone or in the pulse jet
collector.
Improved Performance of Calcite Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill
- Roller and Ring are made higher and the shovel is made larger to
increase the grinding contact surface and grinding force to
increase output.
- As the calcite with low hardness, and easy to grind; we make the
roller number 3 for small mill and 4 for big mill, this can
increase the air volume passing through the grinding chamber, which
will increase the output by 15-20%
- Improved Reducer: the newly-designed reducer rotation can be
adjusted according to customer’s requirement to increase output.
- Improved Classifier: the turbine wheel use big blade to increase
the fineness control, classifying precision and air volume passing
area.
- Bigger size cyclone to increase collecting efficiency.
- High-pressure blower: air pressure can be increased to make air
conveying capacity
