The drum stone washing machine adopts the principle of friction

The working process of the drum stone washing machine is generally
as follows: raw material storage, transportation, cleaning,
transportation of finished materials, sewage precipitation and
reuse.
The drum stone washing machine can process materials in the range
of 50-200mm, and can wash the soil and ash powder on the materials
into clean materials. It is commonly used in the washing of
manganese ore, iron ore, limestone, tungsten ore, tin ore, silica
sand and other minerals. The drum washing machine has a large
processing capacity and is an ideal equipment for enterprises with
large production capacity and requirements.
When the drum stone washing machine is working, the cleaning
cylinder is supported by the tug frame, the motor drives the
reducer, and the large and small gears drive the cleaning cylinder
to rotate at a low speed. The aggregate containing mud and stone
powder is fed from the feeding port into the rotating drum, and the
wear-resistant lining plate installed with a certain angle in the
cleaned drum is continuously lifted and dropped, and moves from the
feeding end to the discharging end. During the process, it is
circulated for many times and washed by flushing water in the
forward or reverse direction. The cleaned aggregate is screened and
dehydrated by the discharge end drum screen and discharged.
Wastewater containing sludge flows out through a perforated baffle
at the discharge or feed end.
The drum stone washing machine is used for the desliming operation
of artificial sand and stone less than 200mm aggregate. It has the
advantages of large feed particle size, mud content of aggregate
can be less than 0.5% and water content is less than 2% after
washing
The cleaning capacity of two drum stone washing machines working
together is stronger, and the mud content after washing is
generally not more than 0.4%, which is better than the relevant
standards. After washing, because the gravel is clean, the strength
of concrete is uniform and stable, under the condition of constant
strength, the amount of cement can be saved about 5%.
