Our juice, tea drink production line is designed and built for
filling juice and tea drink into PET bottles. Besides, it also can
be used for filling non-carbonated liquid like water. The
production capacity of this juice, tea drink production line ranges
from 6000 to 24000 bottles/hour. This beverage production line
adopts PLC, man-machine interface and frequency conversion, and is
equipped with filling temperature control system and CIP cleaning
system. Additionally, the utilization of low vacuum filling method
makes this line meet the technical requirement of various kinds of
juice and tea drink.

Features
1. In order to meet relevant food hygiene requirements, all parts
in contact with liquids are made of high-quality stainless steel,
for example, the filling valve is made of 316 stainless steel.
2. Our fruit juice and tea beverage production line adopts low
vacuum pressure filling method, while achieving high filling speed,
high filling accuracy and high filling quality.
3. The bottle is sent in by the air conveyor, and transported by
cutting the bottleneck, and taken out by the conventional conveyor
chain. Therefore, changing the bottle size is easy and convenient.
4. Adopt "PICK, PLACE" capping system to ensure reliable capping.
Magnetic torque structure is adopted to facilitate torque
adjustment.
5. This three-in-one integrated structure effectively shortens the
process of cleaning, filling and capping, which not only saves
time, but also helps to keep the machine clean and hygienic.
6. Due to the high efficiency of the machine, the production cost
is greatly reduced.
7. This equipment is controlled by variable frequency motor + PLC +
man-machine interface. Therefore, production speed, shift
production and fault alarms are all displayed on the screen to
simplify operations.

Fully enclosed combined trinity high temperature filling unit. The
whole production line is controlled by PLC, MMI, variable frequency
speed regulation, equipped with a filling temperature control
system and CIP self-cleaning system, and a low vacuum filling
method, which can fully meet the technical requirements of various
