• The machine is based on a self-supporting frame with precise linear guides and has been optimized for the stationary and mobile use due to the consequent compact construction.
• The necessary welding forces, motion distances and speeds are controlled manually by means of an universal control lever with separate pressure setting and high-performance hydraulics.
• For the preparation of the weld, a light aluminum planer is built in with high torque, solid chain drive and exchangeable blades which is easily swivelled between the parts and snaps precisely in the working position.
• It goes without saying that the chips are removed to the outside.

• The SWT-MA315 is a solid and reliable welding machine for the efficient welding of pipes and fittings out of polyolefines from OD 90 up to 315 mm for limited SDR values.
• The electronically controlled heating element can be easily swivelled in and is protected against sticking of the pipes by its high-quality anti-stick coating.
• For the segment production the clamping tools can be swivelled up to 15° and for mismatch compensation axially moved on one side. Hydraulic unit, planer, heating element and clamping tools can be easily removed to transport the machine even into difficult accessible rooms. For this purpose, the machine is provided with two carrying handles.

Equipment options:

• Extension of dimensions to OD 450 with limited SDR-range by using a conversion kit.
• For the production of T-pieces with 45°, 60° and 90° angles, and of cross-pieces up to OD 250, special tools can be easily mounted and aligned on the basic tables.
• Electronical weld log recorder SPA 600 for the automatic registration of all relevant welding parameters.
• 3-piece clamping tool on request
• Extension kit for the fabrication of reduced T-pieces with a main pipe up to OD 315.
