High quality aluminum foil for silver cosmetic spray nozzle 1070 5070 O H12 state customizable
Product Description
1070 aluminum alloy
Belongs to the industrial pure aluminum series, with an aluminum
content of up to 99.7%. It is one of the representatives of the
1xxx series aluminum alloys. It has extremely high electrical
conductivity, thermal conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance,
very good formability, low strength, good reflectivity, and is easy
to weld.
5070 aluminum alloy
Belongs to the Al-Mg series alloy, with magnesium as the main added
element. Moderate strength, excellent welding performance, very
good corrosion resistance, good formability, and good work
hardening effect. Compared with the more common 5083/5086, 5070
usually has a slightly lower magnesium content, and the strength
and weldability may be slightly inferior, but the formability may
be better.
5657 aluminum alloy
Also belongs to the Al-Mg series alloy, usually containing a small
amount of magnesium. Designed to obtain a high-brightness anodized
surface. Produced under a specific process to obtain an extremely
bright surface. Relatively low strength, close to pure aluminum,
excellent formability, and good corrosion resistance. Its core
value lies in its decorative appearance.
1070-O
Excellent formability: Has one of the best ductility of all
aluminum alloys, and can be subjected to complex forming operations
such as deep drawing, severe bending, and spinning with almost no
cracking.
Excellent flexibility: Very soft and easy to bend and fold by hand
or machine.
Minimum strength/hardness: Ideal when strength is not required in
the application, only formability, conductivity or ductility is
required.
Minimum residual stress: Smaller and more controllable deformation
after forming.
Good electrical/thermal conductivity: The excellent properties of
pure aluminum are fully utilized.
5070-O
Very good formability: Can withstand moderate to deep drawing,
bending and flanging. Easier to process into complex shapes than
H12 state.
Best weldability: Heat-affected zone problems are minimized during
soft welding, and deformation after welding is relatively easy to
control.
Low residual stress: Favors subsequent dimensional stability and
finishing.
Good corrosion resistance foundation: The annealed state itself has
good corrosion resistance.
5657-O
Best formability: To achieve a bright surface, it is usually
supplied in a very soft state, making it easy to stretch, bend and
other forming operations without surface damage or "orange peel".
Basis for best surface quality: The soft state is easier to polish, brush or directly bright anodize to obtain a high reflectivity and flawless surface.
Easy to process: Small force required for operations such as stamping and shearing.
1070-H12
Slightly improved strength: Compared with the O state, the tensile
strength and yield strength are improved, providing better rigidity
and resistance to slight deformation.
Formability is still good: Although not as good as the O state, it can still be bent to a moderate degree, shallow stretching and other forming operations.
Flatter surface: Mild cold working helps to obtain a flatter and less "orange peel" surface.
Limited reduction in electrical/thermal conductivity: Cold working has a relatively small effect on electrical conductivity, and still maintains high electrical and thermal conductivity.
5070-H12
Significantly improved strength: The work hardening effect is
obvious, and the strength (especially the yield strength) is
greatly improved compared to the O state, and it can withstand
higher loads.
Good formability balance: While obtaining medium strength, it still
maintains quite good formability, and can be bent, shallowly
stretched, flanging and other operations. It is a state with very
wide applications.
Better resistance to dents: It is more resistant to dent
deformation caused by collision or pressure than the O state.
Good weldability: The weldability of the H12 state is still good,
but the softening of the heat-affected zone after welding will be
more obvious than the O state.
Good corrosion resistance: Work hardening has little effect on the
corrosion resistance of 5xxx series alloys.
5657-H12
Basic strength improvement: It provides higher stiffness and
deformation resistance than the O state, meeting the basic strength
requirements of decorative parts.
Maintain formability: For common operations such as light bending
and flanging of decorative parts, the H12 state is usually
sufficient.
Controllable surface quality: Under appropriate processing
conditions, a good surface can still be obtained, suitable for
subsequent polishing or anodizing. It is easier to ensure surface
quality than a higher hardness state.
Slightly better dimensional stability: Compared with the O state,
the H12 state has slightly better dimensional stability during
processing and installation.
