The XPS-15 horizontal tunnel consolidation construction drilling rig is the special equipment for horizontal drilling holes with pipe grouting function as advanced pre-supporting, which is suitable for sand and other weak layers.

Through the jet grouting technique, a closed waterproof and sand-fixed jet-grouted pile curtain are formed before the tunnel excavation. The drilling rig can be also equipped with different drilling tools for slope disaster treatment and bolting.

3. Strong functionality: adopts a rotating large plate structure (company patented technology). When the crawler chassis is not moving, relying on the large plate rotation, it can achieve -120+120 azimuth adjustment. An all-around layout of holes can be made for pipe-shed support.
