Electric Heat Tracing Technical Solution for Oil Refinery and Petrochemical Plant is the technical solution package to be applied on the refinery and petrochemical plant for heat trace the instrumentations and equipments. In general, electric heating designer and manufacturers suggest that users should provide detailed working conditions and requirement when selecting the type. Once the suitable heat trace is selected, designed, manufactured and installed, the whole electric heating scheme can ensure the smooth operation of the relevant refining facilities under various working conditions.
Electric heating of air separation instrument in phase I project of
40 million tons/year refining and chemical integrated project of
zhejiang petrochemical co., LTD adopts self-limiting temperature
electric tracing belt and MI armored heating cable.
Self-limiting temperature electric tracing belt is a new generation
of strip constant temperature electric heating products,
automatically limit the heating temperature, and automatically
adjust the output power with the temperature of the heat tracing
body; It can be arbitrarily cut or lengthened within a certain
length range.Allow multiple overlapping without the risk of high
temperature overheating and burning; Easy maintenance and energy
saving.
MI heating cable is made of single or multiple alloy electric
heating wire as heating source, high purity, high temperature,
electric melting crystallization magnesium oxide as thermal
insulation, seamless continuous stainless steel or copper tubes as
sheath, using special production process. Used in highly corrosive
places, PE or low smoke halogen-free coat should be added to the
original cable. Its advantages are excellent mechanical strength
and corrosion resistance.
