Product Introduction
The iron core of the oil type power transformer is crafted with
fully oblique stepped joints, a design innovation that optimizes
magnetic flux distribution, effectively eliminating localized
magnetic saturation at core joints. This improvement significantly
reduces no-load losses and current, while also lowering operational
noise. To bolster short-circuit resistance, the core employs a
tension-plate structure reinforced by multiple pressure bolts
distributed around the clamping plates. The upper and lower
clamping assemblies for high- and low-voltage windings are
interconnected via support beams, ensuring structural integrity of
the core.

Transformer Core Manufacturing Process
Transformer Manufacturing Process - Final Assembly
Final Assembly
The final assembly process commences with the extraction of the
core and coil assembly from the vapor phase. Subsequently, all
internal components are repressed according to the pressure values
stipulated in the project specifications. To guarantee tightness,
any residual water is thoroughly removed at this stage. Metal and
fiber nuts are tightened as per requirements, and the electrical
clearances are re-verified meticulously.
Next, the core and coil assembly is positioned inside the tank,
which is then filled with oil to safeguard against air exposure. A
cover assembly is subsequently installed to establish a connection
with the sleeve. Once the enclosure has been welded, it undergoes a
stringent leak - testing procedure. Following this, the galvanized
radiator is attached to the tank. The unit is then drained, and the
power inverter transformers is vacuum - filled, paving the way for
the final testing phase.
During this process, the control box, along with any other monitors
and components specified by the customer, are installed and
properly connected. All externally welded components must be fitted
accurately to the tank to ensure correct installation. These
components will be removed before the completion of the multi
voltage transformer's factory acceptance test.

Structural characteristics of oil immersed self cooled transformers
The core limbs of the enduring power electronic transformer are
coated with specialized end-face adhesive for silicon steel sheets,
bonding laminations together post-curing to form a monolithic
structure. For robust mechanical stability, the oil-immersed
transformer's lower body is securely positioned against the tank
wall using high-strength electrical laminated wood supports,
guaranteeing reliable and vibration-resistant placement. These
advancements collectively enhance efficiency, durability, and
acoustic performance in oil immersed current transformer
applications.
