To improve the storage of sheet materials. The existing storage of materials in storage containers, was not efficient, with much of the stock having to be moved numerous times before it was required, leading to damaged stock and inefficient working.

The solution was a building to optimise the available space, making it large enough for future growth. Access to the building through a roller shutter door was positioned to allow deliveries, without taking up room in terms of clear access to the building.

We were required to carry out planning permission for this steel building and building control for this build.
